However, certain app functionalities may require access to device features: Camera Access: The app uses your device’s camera for pose tracking during exercises. All image processing happens locally on your device, and no images, videos, or related data are uploaded, stored, or shared with any server. Device Sensors: The app may use motion sensors to enhance workout tracking. This data is processed on your device and never transmitted externally.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no risk of misuse. Camera and sensor data are used only for real-time analysis during workouts and are not retained after the session ends.
3. Third-Party Services
BootCampBuddy does not integrate with third-party services for data collection, analytics, or advertising. The app functions entirely offline, ensuring user privacy.
4. Data Retention and Security
We only store user data locally for configuration and displaying statistics in the app. No personal information is transmitted or shared. Camera and sensor data are processed locally and never stored beyond the duration of the exercise session.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Since BootCampBuddy does not collect or store any personal data, there is no need for users to request access, modification, or deletion of their data.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our official website. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Terms of Use
1. Use of the App
BootCampBuddy is provided for personal fitness and informational purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App. The App may require access to your device’s camera and motion sensors for exercise tracking, but no images or data are stored or transmitted externally.
2. Health and Safety Disclaimer
BootCampBuddy is not a medical application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions. If you feel dizziness, pain, or discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and seek medical attention. You acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with the use of the App.
3. No Warranty
BootCampBuddy is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruptions, be error-free, or meet your fitness goals.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for: Any injuries, health complications, or damages arising from the use of the App. Any data loss, device malfunctions, or technical issues related to App usage. Any reliance on information or exercises provided by the App.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If any provision of these terms and conditions is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The parties agree to replace an invalid and/or unenforceable provision with a valid and/or enforceable provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid and/or unenforceable provision. This also applies to contractual loopholes.
The terms and conditions and the contractual relationship shall be governed by German Law.
Place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally admissible, shall be the main place of business of SSOCircle.
